Points to Confirm

・guides for customers who require English assistance will be provided by staff from our outsourcing partner.

 However,reservations are handled through MMS.

 Once reservations become available, we will introduce you to the contracted company.
 On the day of the tour, the contracted company will provide the guide service.
 Please note that reservations and payments are to be made directly to the contracted company.

・When making a reservation inquiry, please include the following information for each person:

 name, age, total number of dives, whether you have dived at MIKOMOTO before (and if so, the number of times), date of your last dive, 

 whether you need rental equipment (and if so, your height, weight, and shoe size), mode of transportation, date of arrival at our shop,

 and planned accommodation.

 And your reservation will not be complete until all of the above information has been provided.

・Please be sure to read the ”FOR SAFETY” before making a reservation.

・You must present your C-card and a logbook (either a paper logbook or an electronic logbook, such as an app)

 that verifies your total number of dives and the date of your last dive.

 (If you cannot present these on the day of the dive, you will not be permitted to dive.)

・All individuals aged 60 or older, as well as those with pre-existing conditions or a history of illness,

 must submit a medical history form signed by a physician.

・If you have difficulty equalization pressure in your ears, have concerns about your leg strength or overall physical condition,

 or have a physical disability, please consult with us in advance.

• For those who are diving at MIKOMOTO for the first time,

 we will conduct a check dive in KOINA-bay in front of our shop before diving at MIKOMOTO.

• Carry a dive computer and surface marker buoy (SMB) at all times at MIKOMOTO.

• Must be able to free descend (no rope or buoy) and maintain neutral buoyancy.

• Follow the guide's instructions and dive according to the briefing.

• Be in good condition — no cold, hangover, or lack of sleep.
