The main places in Japan where you can see hammerhead sharks are Mikomoto Island

and Yonaguni Island.

The peak season for Mikomoto Island is from June to October, but in recent years,

hammerhead sharks have been spotted relatively often even outside of this period.

On the other hand, the swift currents make this one of the most challenging diving spots in the world, requiring guests to have extensive experience and effective communication both on land and underwater.
